As explained in the section "our story/ about us" your order will be dispatched after 15/20 days as we work with low stock and produce on demand - yes we want to keep the planet safe and do not over-stock!

Prices do not include possible customs taxes of your country. If applicable those will be limited as applied only on the physical product and its shipping costs
